Exercise Thread: Dec. 5-12

  • Sunday:
    2 hours of softball

    Monday:
    3-mile walk
    90 minutes of tennis
  • sunday looking after my rugby team running up and down the touch line with water and first aid bag running onto and off with kicking tee running on and off with water and kit for treating injuries + stress and lots of shouting.

    monday been really ill i'm atkinsing and i think i hit a sodium deficiency cos i got really light headed and exhausted today so i had some salt and loads of veg for dinner in my fav reciepe start a new job on wednesday and i'll be walking the whole 3 mins from my house to the wharehouse lol
  • sunday - hour with the trainer, 1/2 hour cardio
  • Tuesday:
    2-mile walk
  • Monday: Pump Class (60 min)
    Tuesday: Step Class (60 min)... first time.. what a mission.. had to do some abs on the last track as I needed a lie down.. i thought i was kind of fit! HA HA HA
  • Monday:
    50 min. tennis

    Tuesday:
    5 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    15 min. run
    30 min. elliptical
    25 min. walk
    40 min. upper body weights
  • tuesday: one hour on the crosstrainer, intervals... very pleased with myself, i really sweated up a storm
  • wednesday: 45 mins weight training, 45 mins precor
  • Wednesday:
    10 min. walk
    30 min. bike
    10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    15 min. run
    25 min. elliptical

    Thursday:
    30 min. walk
    50 min. lap swim
    30 min. lower body weights
  • thursday: 1 hour crosstrainer
  • Thurs.

    40 min. on cross trainer...
    340 calories burned...whoa...
  • Friday:
    65 min. walk
