TG Daily Food Journal - December/2004




  • Guess I better get one started for December ... I'm going to try to post every day on it! Anyone else? Please feel free to post, regardless of what plan you are on. If you try a new recipe and would like to share with us, it can be posted here also.
  • OK ... I guess I better get started - already 3 days behind ... I am doing lo-carb (not Atkins and not South Beach - just cutting out pastas, breads (except lo-carb wheat) and sweets/sugars (or trying too anyways)!

    Saturday, December 4

    Breakfast:
    2 eggs
    3 slices bacon
    2 coffee/blk

    Lunch:
    3 slices swiss cheese
    1 cup green tea w/splenda

    Snack:
    1 coffee/blk w/no-carb whipped cream

    Dinner:
    1 cod fillet/grilled
    1 cup asparagus

    Snack:
    about 10 macadamia nuts

    WATER: 80 oz
