I've been on WW for about 5 weeks and have never used my allowance points. Do they help in the process or could they cause someone to go overboard?..Thanks
First all W/W wouldn't give them if they couldn't be used. W/W is based on a minimum a day (TargetPoints) and a maximum a week (includes both APs per day and WPAs) to lose.
Truly there are very few people how cannot use the WPAs. Most people give up and don't give them a fair shot to adjust their metabolisms by saying after a week or 2 that they don't work for them. You need to give them at least 3-4 weeks before saying you are one that can't use them.
Most people find they lose better and/or have less or no plateaus by using them.
They are there don't be afraid to use them.
I actually tend to lose more on the weeks that I use 15 or more Flex Points than I do on the weeks that I don't use them...but it works differently for everyone
Thanks for the replies. I'm going to start using some allowance points next week.
Good idea. I don't know about anyone else, but I tend to get hungrier on days I exercise. I'm thankful for APS!
