    Got in 4.5 miles with approx. 1/2 mile of jogging (not a pretty sight when you're top heave)

  • Played 4 games of badminton this afternoon.

    Swimming this evening - 20 lengths of the pool.
  • TUESDAY
    Got in my 4.5 miles, a little over 1/2 mile jogging : )
  • MONDAY & TUESDAY
    Monday - Walked 2 miles in 40 minutes

    Tuesday - Walked 2 miles in 40 minutes

    Walked for 40 minutes during my lunchhour!

    Walked 3.5 miles, slow walk, didn't feel like going, but I went!
  • THURSDAY
    Got in 4.5 miles, 1 mile of that jogging (and looking like I was going to have a coronary to drivers, I'm sure)
  • Thurs
    My first day to post here this week. Got out & walked 4 miles/ 63 minutes early this am. Felt good to get out there again. I've missed it.
  • FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY
    Walked 2.5 miles on Friday

    Walked 3.5 miles on Saturday, usually my day off

    Walked/jogged 4.5 miles on Sunday


    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK 27.5 miles
