    Dinner
    Angus Steak W/Carb Steak Sauce, 2 scrambled eggs, & 1 cup broccoli w/1 oz melted cheddar : 4 carbs

    Drank 64 oz water, 1 can Diet Rite Soda (1 carb gram due to Splenda)
    I also take these supplements: 1 carb multi, 6 fiber, 4 Essential Fatty Acids
