But how? It's so hard to eat right, when you have other things against you. ex. stress eater depressed eater that sort of thing. And, it costs so much more to eat healthy then not. No, I'm not making excusses, it's a fact. This time of year, money is tighter then normal. It's far more cheaper to buy 5 pizza's for $10 ect... Must Eat Better!
Bad Tina, Very Bad Tina! Since joining, I haven't been on but a few times. Why? I don't know!
I need something, to tell me what is okay to eat and what's not. I'm not talking no fat yes veggies. I mean like... no pizza ever and yes lettuce, that sort of thing. Can anyone help me?
Tredmill. We have one. My husband is on three times a day (He also only works weekends) and I haven't been on in over a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why, when it's right next to me, can I not get on it? I don't know.
Maybe I'm lazy, yup that's it.
No this is not a pitty party, well mabye it is. I just need to type, that's it, type and type and maybe lifes misseries will go away. And maybe I can leanr to type better and spell correctly to!

And think, you can eat more calories and maintain if you are working out, bad bad way of thinking! Try taking a multivitamin, it's a good start and will help replace some of those vitamins which get depleted from stress. It's so much easier to be lazy... infact, I'm supposed to be out hiking right now... and I'm typing online... drinking an eggnog latte... so maybe don't take my advice..

I have found a really helpfull frozen entree called "Budget Gormet" that comes in a wide selection and are only a 1.00$ or less. Most are only 280 cals or less and I'll have one of these with a cup of veg for dinner.For breakfast I have a packet of flavored oatmeal with a little skim milk and of course coffee. This comes to about 195 cals and is very cheap. Lunch is the most costly. I buy "Sara Lee" low cal bread,(45 cals a slice), about 3.00$ a loaf,5 slices chipped beef or turkey,(50 cals),1 slice "Smart Beat" cheese,25 cals) and musterd instead of mayonaze.With this I have a low cal yogurt,(90 cals). If I get hungry in between meals I have some unsweetened apple sauce and if I've been good at the end of the day I give myself a treat like a low cal fudge cycle or a couple low cal cookies.This has been very inexpensive to maintain. I supplement with vitamons and calcium. I've been able to lose 50lbs sence Aug this way.
