Hi All,

Hope everyone had a good weekend... My food was okay, a little over sat and sunday, but otherwise good. My scale has got me down to 154 so I am darn happy about that. I am currently trying to figure out when I can decorate the house.

hey ali my food was crap friday and saturday Sunday was ok
girls night was fun sig of relief and saturday we saw a band at a local bar
today i'm craving sugar (which i never do )so I just grabbed a banana and if that doesn't work PB toast light on the pb
