I guess tecnically I am suppose to leave this group for another but they'd have to drag me out here kicking and screaming. It's here I started and it's here I feel my friends are. Because of your support and advice I started out in Aug at 280 and now weigh 232.My goal is 150 for my 5ft 10 inch frame so I now have 82lbs to lose. My life has changed so much. I feel better and can do things I haven't done in years and each of you has contributed to my success.

Yep you can't leave. I was already told this. Once you start with the group your stuck with the group. Someday I'm going to be in the maintainers form but I am still going to be here.
