    over 4.5
  • Monday~
    1 c cheerios with skim milk: 150
    1 biscotti 150
    Spinach, tomato, mushroom salad with a grilled chicken breast and salsa for dressing: 150?
    Another biscotti 150
    I am going to have to contemplate dinner very carefully.
  • Midwife - it doesn't seem like you'd have to be too careful with dinner; you'd only had 600 calories!

  • You're right about that! It felt very indulgent to have 2 biscotti, though!
