Hello

  • Hello everyone,

    I am following Core and struggling to stick with it. I am curious if anyone on here is doing Core at home? I had lost 12 Lbs last month on my first try with it ..but had a relaspe on food choices and doing my best to really work it. I love Core and I know I can work it and make a success. I won't give up..Each day is a new beginning.

  • Welcome. I don't know "core". I'm doing cals. Is core anthing like that? I keep a diet diary listing cals for every meal and I stay between 800 and 1000 daily. I walk 2 blocks square also daily.I've lost 40 lbs so far and have 100 to go.
  • Hi and welcome. I'm not familiar with the CORE. I did Flex points with wW for a while but got bored with counting the points all the time. Now I count calories

    There are a few on here doing WW, not sure if they are doing the Core though. Have you checked over at the WW area of the forum? I found a wealth of info over there when I was flexing.

  • I am doing Core, although I do attend Weight Watcher meetings. If you find yourself making some bad food choices, you might go back to Flex for a while. There's a Core support board here at 3FC, by the way, that might be useful, although we'd love you to stick around. A lot of great motivation here!

    I too count calories - but all are welcome here, whatever your weight and whatever your plan!

    maybe a bit of extra support from the ladies and gent here will help you to stay on track - well done on losing your first 4lb!
