. First two/three days were really tough from the salt perspective especially (I am a total salt addict) but am getting the hang of it now and from day five it was pretty easy. Am going to do the 100% plan for three weeks ala The Rave Diet and then start adding little things like smoked tofu and ready made soups (mainly fresh ingredients but they have stock with salt and oil) so won't have a lot of those they'll fall into my 10% anything. :
