I know we can have WW bread in P2 but am wondering about the sourdough and the rye bread. It says in the book we can have it but I'm a little confused about it . I LOVE sourdough toast but would feel like I'm eating something that I shouldn't be eating (which seems to happen a lot on this WOE). Any takes on this?

It's fine! Just get over it and enjoy in restricted quantities!

I limit myself to sourdough once a week...I had thought it was "limited" in the GFGCG, but when I just looked, it turns out that all breads we can eat are "limited". Interesting! Ruth, what do you think of that? White pitas were listed as "limited" too. How could a white pita be the same G.I. as WW bread?
