OK... Boot Camp is back!
Tomorrow is my weigh in day and 1st official day back on Atkins! Although I cannot do anything but walk right now.. I wanted to at least get my eating back under control!!! So My goals for the week:
1) 100% Induction
2) walk 1 mile a day - outside or treadmill
3) Log all food in Fitday
4) Drink 10-12 glasses of H2O every day!
Anyone in with me?
