Hi!

I know this probably should go on the recipe board, but this one seems to have more "traffic" so to speak.

Now that summer is here, I like having pasta salad for some meals. Does anyone have simple, "point-worthy" recipes/hints? I know it's kind of hard to go wrong with this type of dish, I just wanted to get some new ideas.

I also love pasta salads! I posted some of my favorite recipes under WW recipes, pizza and pasta. I also am looking for a greek pasta salad recipe that I have. It is sooo good. It has artichoke hearts, feta cheese, olives...yum. I'll post it when I find it!

The great thing about pasta salads is they can be made with whatever's around, too.

I make a version of a chopped salad a lot. I just toss ditalini with any or all of the following: grape tomatoes, cucumber, shredded lettuce, zucchini, feta cheese, black olives, green olives, parmesan cheese. If I have points to spare, I'll throw in some cooked chicken, a slice of crumbled bacon or sunflower seeds for crunch. Depending on how juice the tomatoes are, you might not even need dressing, but when I do use it I like the FF Caesar Italian that Kraft makes.
