Help not losing!

  • I just finished my first week on the core program and i am up almost a pound! i followed the program all week and baraly used any of my wp's! Did this happen to anyone else the first week? If anyone has any advice i would love to hear it!! Thanx!
  • My leader said she gained the first two weeks, then lost a whole bunch the third week. You could be trying this at a time when you're retaining water for one reason or another so at least give it another week, if not two.

    The key (at least for me) is the "satisfaction" part. Are you eating too much? Or could you not be eating enough, given your exercise level?
  • I gained a total of 3.2 pounds the 2 weeks I was on it and went back to Flex and dropped 5 pounds that week...been losing 1-2 since on Flex.

    Thank You guys i think I will give it another week or so and see what happens. I really like core I dont feel like i am overeating but I am just a hungry person =) If nothing happes I will go back to points!
  • You may need to do some portion control - being a hungry person can mean eating too many calories unless you are filling up on veggies.

  • Awesome job! Core works well for me but I know others did not do so well. I just got burned out on weighing and measuring so much on flex. I find myself choosing healthier snacks being on core.
