  • Monday- Walked on treadmill.... Woopie!
  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 39 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

  • Mon: 2 miles Treadmill, 90 ab-lounger jack-knifes
  • Tues. - Walked on the treadmill.
  • Wednesday-- 13 minutes stretches, 37 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

    Also got in a 2 mile walk that I didn't get to do yesterday due to the rain, Yipeee!!
