    D: white chicken chili, 1/2 cup brown rice, big salad with olive oil

    E: 1 hour and 15 minute walk

    D: Black bean tacos (no meat, just black beans with taco seasoning), cabbage salad, FF cheese, spanish barley ( I am making a spanish rice recipe, but using barley.) and jicima

  • B: WW French Vanilla smoothie with ff milk, canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice
    S: Grapes, baby kiwi, spiced hot tea
    L: Trader Joe's Low Fat Nicoise salad (used my own ff dressing), couscous, 1 wedge light Laughing Cow cheese (1 pt)
    D: Taco salad made with 96% ff ground beef, ff cheddar, ff sour cream, avocado, black olives, ff refried beans. Sugar free strawberry jello for dessert.

    L: grilled chicken breast with swiss cheese
    D: tummyache -- not eating tonight
