Well today is our first official weighin for Phase 1. I lost 2 kgs or 4.4 pds and my husband lost a whopping 4.5 kgs or 9.9 pds. I was actually a little disappointed with the loss this morning until I realised that I am coming up to my TOM and usually I bloat very badly - but so far nothing which is just lovely. I think that I had some unrealistic expectations of what Phase 1 was going to do for me.. Funny because ordinarily 2 kgs is way more than I have ever lost in a week before ~ and we did it so comfortably.. no starvation.
So here is to more great results for week 2
I hope that everyone else is making positive progress as well.

Just ignore any males who are on The Beach. You are doing really, really well!
Just remember that if you are tempted to cheat during Phase 2...
(that's what keeps me on track!)
