I saw The Biggest Loser.

One thing I can't believe like you, Marie, is how they're complaining that they're hungry. They have a chance to win a quarter of a million dollars, but then again, I think they are being starved, in a way. 638 calories for one lady's daily cal. count and that's with 5 hours a day of vigorous, strenuous excercise.

She doesn't know what she's supposed to be eating, let alone to fuel her body with training like that.
The competition part about it is voting each other off; they voted the smallest one off last night because they didn't think she could lose much more weight for their team--so that's not good for winning at being the biggest loser.
I think anyone can watch the next one and still know what's going on. I'm sure they'll recap the first show anyway.
It's amazing how one or two of them lost 20 or so pounds in one week!
The group was split up into two group, one low carb and one low calorie.
They had to come to the table filled with bacon, sasauge, pancakes, etc. and then choose only the right things to eat. Many were yelling "stay away from the sasauge, stay away from the sasauge! "
I'm sure I'm leaving some things out and maybe didn't quite see things right, but to me, it looks easy in a way, and very difficult.
