Core Food?

    I am new with the Core Program but have tired most of the other WW programs. So far I like it however today I purchased Brown Rice Pilaf. I think this is a core food. Am I right?

    Brown Rice is am not sure about the Pilaf...does it have nuts or pasta in it if so not it is not unless it is whole wheat pasta.

    Kelly: It's "Near East" Brown Rice no nuts but has seasoning packet. To be safe I could count it until I show the box to our leader.

    No it is NOT Core. Its on page 288 of the Food Companion. 4 Points for a one cup serving.
