  • Well, I maintained at 179. I am running in a 5K tomorrow though, so that's something good!
  • This has not been a good challenge for me!

    I gained .4.

    I believe I have finally found a meeting that I can stick with in my schedule. That should help. I'm going to a Thursday weigh in again.

    Can you let me know how lazy and irresponsible I am for not getting off my butt and exercising.... I am a heartattack weighting to happen...cuss me out, beat me up, something cause I'm seriously struggling here...
