Hey Ladies -

There is a girl in my class who is dirt poor, and her school uniforms are badly worn. The other day, I had to give her four safety pins just so her skirt wouldn't fall apart.

If any of you have the any of the following in fairly good condition that you don't wear anymore, I'd greatly appreciate the donation:

khaki or black pants - size 22 or 24

white, gold, or navy shirts (no logos) - size 22-24 or 2X or 3X

khaki or black skirts (no shorter than knee length) - size 22 or 24

Jennelle -- I just stumbled across this post when I was poking around. What a wonderful idea! How about an update? Have you gotten some donations? Could you use some more? Unfortunately, I gave away my big stuff already but maybe someone else will read this and get in touch with you.

Meg - I received a tremendous response! She ended up with five pair of pants, some sweaters, a scarf, a beautiful coat, and a bathrobe.
