Last week was a definite challenge for me and the weekend started off okay but the evenings were tough as far as snacking. I'm struggling something fierce and I'm getting pretty frustrated. I have been walking and making sure I'm journaling, drinking my water, and watching my portion sizes. This week is PMS week for me and it seemed as if it wasn't nailed down over the weekend it was fair game. Yikes!
Anyway, today is a new day and I'm going to begin fresh with a new page in my journal. My goal for today is to not get frustrated and keep a positive attitude

My eating has been out of control, although the exercise habit is coming back so maybe that's something to build on. I don't know when I started making all the wrong choices (high-fat snacks, alcohol, etc.) but this definitely has to change.
