It's Monday!

  • Can you believe that the week is rolling around again. And the new month will start tomorrow. Time is flying. I better get my butt on the ball. Well I will probably not make either of the goals that I set for myself. I have not been concerntrating on my goals like I should. But I am not going to stop trying until the end. Closer to goal is better than no goal at all I am bringing both boys to the doctor today for shots. It should be hectic. I feel so bad when they have to have shots

  • Hi all Just a note to say hello.I am trying to do better today.I think I have done better that what I was.It sure doesn't get any easier does it???I did go do our walk but it was real windy.But I got 1 mile done.Fixed homemade soup for supper which isn't too bad.Will be running again all over place this week after work for different apointments.Hope it slows down next week.Good thing I have a lazy mans job.i go to work to get some rest.Hope all are doing good.

    I'm back from SRD and ate way too much while there. Now, I'll really have to watch my calories to get off 5 lbs. by Memorial day.
    SRD was good and very inspiring. All those winners lost so much weight and deserved to be up there on stage getting their awards. I was wearing a ribbon with some of my charms and pins on it. A lady asked me if those were my war medals. I realized, yes, they represent my "War on Fat". I earned each of them in a "battle of the bulge."
