Breakfast: 1 egg w/Egg Beater omelet w/sliced black olives & fat free cheese
Snack: FF cottage cheese
Lunch: 1 vegetarian burger patty
Dinner: 1/2 ham patty, couscous, some brussel sprouts (ew!)
Snack: Will have popcorn at 8PM & oatmeal before bed
