    s: campbells veggie/beef soup, plain ff yogurt w/pineapple

    Exercise: 2 mile WATP tape
    1 mile outside walking
    20 min. stretching
  • B: oatmeal, 1/2 cup skim with extra calcium
    L: grilled chicken, sauteed onions/peppers
    S: shredded wheat, 1/2 cup skim, 1/2 banana
    D: Italian artichoke and potato frittata (from turnaroud cookbook), salad with EVOO and avocados
    S: if needed...plain yogurt with fresh berries
  • Breakfast: 1 egg w/Egg Beater omelet w/sliced black olives & fat free cheese
    Snack: FF cottage cheese
    Lunch: 1 vegetarian burger patty
    Dinner: 1/2 ham patty, couscous, some brussel sprouts (ew!)
    Snack: Will have popcorn at 8PM & oatmeal before bed
