Saturday!

    I am kicking my butt all over the place today.LOL I did 15 min. of aerobics this morning then got dressed real quick after my shower and met my sister and we went for a 30 min. walk. She wanted to go this morning and I had to take megan to gymnastics class this morning so I had to hurry up and get it all in. But I wanted to do my aerobics. I didn't do the whole tape but I did the aerobics part of it. So I got in 45 min. of exercise today. Then we are going to walk to her house this afternoon for a birthday party. It works out great now walking. Megan rode her 4 wheeler in high gear and I really have to walk fast to keep up with her. So that is good for me and I don't have to push her. But don't worry I had my french toast for breakfast and I am eating my chef salad without croutons for my lunch and I will eat dinner. I am not going to eat at my sisters. I already told her that. She is okay with it because she knows I want to lose this weight.

    I hope everyone else is having a great weekend as well.
