    B: big glass of milk (not hungry)
    L: baked potato with FF cheese and FF sour cream, milk
    D: tomato soup and cheese toast (1 pt flex for the bread), milk
  • I am having one of those starving days today!

    B: shredded wheat, skim, banana
    S: carrots and ff onion dip
    L: 1 cup whole wheat pasta with leftover marinara, salad
    S: apple
    D: chicken fajitas, La Tortilla (will walk for bread. ), pinto beans, salad

    S: cottage cheese/yogurt/applesauce (mixed together)

    actual: grilled pork chops, brown rice, pineapple, and green beans

    L: Barley, chicken and mixed veggies. Applesauce. FF Jalapeno Jack cheese slices
    D: WW pasta, spaghetti sauce, FF mozeralla, zuchini and yellow squash. Grapes. FF milk- yes I am going to actually drink it straight. I do not like milk all that much!
