Does anyone have any suggestions for CORE Cereals from Trader Joes?

Hi this is my first post so here goes. I found "Barbara's Original Shredded Wheat", 100% Natural, no salt added no sugar added and 100% Whole Wheat. It's not Nabisco but I like it good enough. I also buy their oatmeal

Puffed Kashi? Not sure about this but I think it is the smae as puffed rice.
