I just wanted to share some pictures. I hope this works. I was looking at my very scary before picture tonight to give me the incentive to keep on keeping on. I don't have a recent body shot, but I can tell a huge difference in my face.

WOW! You are definitely an inspitation to me! Way to Go! I have been on Atkins for 1 Week and 1 day. I feel so good. I don't have CONSTANT cravings like I used to. This is definitely the plan for me. Keep up the GREAT work!
