Hey all. This is the first time I've logged into this site in probably 3 or 4 weeks because I live in Florida and we haven't had electricity at my house for weeks because of the two hurricanes that came through. Three days after we got it back from the first storm, we lost it again for another week and a half due to the second one. Sigh. Will this madness ever end?

So anyway, up until a few days ago, I was basically living in a hotel and living off of junkfood, fastfood, and soda. Needless to say I've gained back about 6 pounds so it is back to phase one for me today. I'm feeling very non-motivated so any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

You made it through the hurricanes. Now you can make it back on Phase 1 and get rid of those cravings. Check out the Phase 1 Phatties thread at the top. There are lots of people in phase 1 right now who are encouraging each other. You can do it!

You guys are so great. I'd never be able to stick to this program if it weren't for all the wonderful support I get on this site.

Oh my goodness what madness you have been through! Don't sweat the gain it's not like you just jumped off the beach. You have been blown off and away but now you are back and we are here to help in anyway we can. It will come right back off in phase one like it did the first time! Glad you are back with us safe and sound!

I hope you are right about it coming off just as easily this time around. I'm nervous that I wont be able to stick to it this time.
