What about Cream of Wheat?

    Anyone know if Wheat Farina cereal is ok? AKA Cream of Wheat...

    According to The Guide, farina is to be avoided. Cream of Wheat Regular is limited and Cream of Wheat Instant is to be avoided. It definitely is NOT whole grain. I've always thought it tasted like wallpaper paste!
