No wonder we have such a hard time giving it up.
I hear ya, hon. I don't know what to do about it either, other than having a nap.
She's been great. She always equates it to dog food... "Monica...50 lbs! That's 2 1/2 bags of 20 lb dog food!"
I echo what everyone else says...keep posting! If no one ever posted their pitfalls, we would all start to think everyone is perfect, and never post our own! Let's all be honest with each other and support each other through these tough times that we ALL have!
I joined OA a couple months ago, with a dear friend's support
and I can't tell you how much it has helped. However, it's a program of attraction, not promotion, so if you are interested, check out www.oa.org and see what you want to do. I'll not say more, but I know it has helped me, even when I can't go to the meetings each week.
Can you get all the sugar out of your house, literally, and just stay home (or make sure you have no money and no access to any) until your detox is over? I guarantee it will help! Might take as long as five days or as little as 3. Try it.

at your further loss. Your coworker sounds amazing and I'm so glad you have her to cheer you on! Yay!
When I had lost 60 pounds, my dad said, "It's like a little kid dropped off your body and is running around!"...what a great image!
That "kid" is now big enough to be in fourth grade, I bet!
Made me laugh, anyway...
