About time. LOL
But 10 lbs in a month isn't bad at all! Considering I was Just under 240 lbs when I started my diet.
I've been getting lazy though. I used to walk 3 times a day and now I can't seem to find time to do even that!!
My fiancee who was dieting with me has reached his goal already LOL. So now he's walking with me (when we hvae the time) to maintain and starting his body building again (imagine him curling 70 lbs weights YIKES!!! I can't even PICK UP 70 lbs!)
