I've used Slimfast in the past. I
used to literally be overweight (BMI over 25) in highschool. Then, I lost the weight with exercise and maybe two slimfast bars a week.
I went down to 98lbs, but over years of yoyo-ing, I went up to 120lbs.
Now I'm at 110lbs, with the help of some good weight loss buddies.
I'm considering using Slimfast again, but I'm doubting its effectiveness.
It didn't exactly do wonders fo me in the past. I only have 5lbs to lose.
Have any of you used slimfast with success? The last 5lbs are really hard to lose...and I'm looking to lose them as quickly as possible.
The major problem I find with it is that I get very hungry after eating them.
I don't understand how people can say the bars/shakes fill them up.
