  • Well, since today is weigh in day, I haven't had much yet

    L - Grill Chix salad (Chick-fil-a)
    Lite Honey Must - 2
    S - nectarine
    D - Chic Fajitas
    S - Fruit or popcorn


    I can't wait to find out how much I've lost this week - First week back to WW and core!!!
  • B - 7 grain cereal, milk and fruit
    L - avocado salad or sandwich
    D - chili veg with tvp

    snacks - fruit, popcorn, pudding
  • B - cereal + milk
    S - nectarine, FF cheese
    L - taco salad with chicken
    S - celery, hard-boiled egg, cottage cheese with kiwi
    D - Spaghetti squash + tomato sauce, salad
    S - banana ice cream
  • B: Spinach quiche and milk
    L: HB patty, FF american cheese, ketchup and milk, and peaches/ strawberries/ bananas
    D: Chicken teriyaki, baked potato, salad and milk (eating half of the chicken and potato and saving the rest for lunch tomorrow)

    S: (if I need one later) popcorn
