Diet? My own plan
Well there are the basics, lol. I figured that most of my calories were coming from soda. So I went and bought a 24pk of Aquafina and a case of Diet Dr Pepper. I only have soda w/ meals and drink water the rest of the time. I am paying closer attention to what I eat, and am making sure to eat 3 meals per day. Problem is, I still feel hungry and I am eating plenty of calories.
I am determined to get this weight off and improve my fitness and health. It's embarrassing, but I bought a step and video and tried it out yesterday, and I only lasted 5 minutes on the thing!! I had no idea that I was THAT out of shape, lol. Oh well, I'll build up to more time. I am doing strength training w/ dumb bells as well.
Oh well, I'm babbling now, LOL. I look forward to getting to know you all!

I would highly recommend start with the lowest step and if you get tired, do the exercise without a step at all. You can switch back and forth from using no step to the low step to help build your endurance.
