Trying again.....

I have been on this site on and off for years. It is time to get back on and on track with myself and my life. I am a 34 almost 35 year old SAHM who homeschools 4 boys. I just signed up at a gym last week. It is just like curves. I , like many of you, have tried many weight loss diets...only to quit. The best I ever did was on the carb addict. I really enjoyed it. My heaviest was probably close to 350+. I am at 294 now. By joining the gym and getting measure once a month I am hoping I will be incouraged by the inch loss. I have been making small changes over the last year or so. Not eating out as much, eating when I am truly hungry, working on some emotional eating, etc.
I am looking forward to support and success. I want so much to say this is IT! The last time!
    Hugs and blessings,
    Michelle
  • Michelle.... WELCOME !!!!!
Yes this can be the last "beginning again". Long term success requires long term commitment... but only one day at a time. Congratulaions on being down more than 50 lbs from your top weight. AND a BIGGER congrats on signing up for an exercise program.
We have several on going threads ... feel free to jump right in and join us.
  • I'll second that, 2cute--keeping those 50 pounds off is an AWESOME SUCCESS. Welcome back and good luck, Michelle.
