only fat-free margarines are core.

I think I know what you mean Kally do you mean can you use margarine to count as your 2tsps of oil for the day? I doubt it although canola, safflower and sunflower oil counts as core does'nt it? and you can get margarine made with those btw..where can you get fat free margarine? cuz thats all that its made of is'nt it

Promise makes some fat-free margarines. I use it in one recipe I have.

Looked in the fridge at the store and there is'nt ONE to be found which does'nt matter cuz I can do without it

My favorite is "Smart Squeeze". It comes in a white bottle with a green label. It is very good. Some of the others I have tried aren't good at all. Smart Squeeze is especially yummy on my oatmeal!
