    D: BBQ pork (1 pt. for the sauce), maybe on a slice of SL bread (.5 pt) and a salad

    S: FF plain yogurt with chopped nectarine
    D: Curried Chicken on Couscous, snap beans

  • B- 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice lean ham, 1/2 avocado (this was sooo filling!)
    L- leftover salmon patty and tamboule
    D- chicken avocado swiss melt (not sure about sides yet)

  • OK, lunch I ended up having a bunless hamburger patty, with veggie baked beans, fruit, AND (yes there's an and) an avacado!

    D - Unsure right now...thinking about it - does that count?
