Ok, so it's a new week -- how'd everybody do last week? So far I'm down 2 pounds to 223 (YTD total of 61,) but I normally post my official weigh-in mid-week, so I'll post again later whether there's a change or not.
I have a feeling that we're going to have a great week, you guys -- I'm feeling it!

, and I'm still seeing 223 or 224 on the scale, so I'm holding with the 2 pound loss for last week. I got my Walking Away the Pounds DVD's last night (with more on the way) and I did my first mile last night, and second this morning! I like it! I'm going to do one or two more miles tonight after work, and continue to do it before work each morning. Good stuff!
