Hello everyone! I am 29 years old and recently divorced. I do have a new live in boyfriend who is completely awesome. We are both looking to lose weight and tone up. However since he is a man it seems to be easier for him to drop pounds.
I think I need some other motivation and encouragement - a female perspective. However I don't know how this buddy system works. Do people email each other everyday as a point of reference for how their day went?
I could really use that.
I have about 42 pounds to lose. I am 5'1" and I just weighed myself this morning at 167. My goal is to get down to 125.
I have cut my calories down to 1300 - 1400 a day and have been jogging a mile each morning for the last 2 weeks with the exception of Sunday's.
I also try to make it to the gym at least 2 - 3 times a week.
If someone is interested in being my buddy or if someone would just like to offer some MUCH NEEDED encouragement please respond to this thread.
