I read somewhere that any kind of berry was healthy to eat. I bought some frozen blackberries for a snack and now I don't see them mention anywhere in the SBD book. Can I get some opinions about this fruit. They are so good for you. I put splenda on them and ate them while still semi- frozen, almost like ice cream.

) I blend mine with yogurt, a bit of splenda syrup, ground flax seed, and some skim milk to make an awesome smoothie. Sometimes I also add protein powder.
