First of all, let me say that I am so excited to find this forum! I have been trying to lose weight my whole life it seems, and I have never had any success. This has got to be it!
My name is Laura, and I am 18 years old. I am a full-time college student (I am a junior- I started early- long story), and a waitress at a greasy diner, so my diet consists of vending machine junk, cokes, and greasy diner food. I was born and raised in the deep south, and I come from a fried-meat and potatoes kind of family.
A few months ago, however, I met the man that I am going to spend the rest of my life with. We haven't set a date yet, but I foresee a wedding within the next year. My DB is an officer in the military, and he is very active. He is in great shape and he is always suggesting outings that require me to be in shape.
I am tired of not being able to keep up with him, and I want to look beautiful on our wedding day.
I am 5'1" and 149 pounds right now, and I want to be a very toned 120 by March. I think that is a very attainable goal. I am also a size 7 in jeans, and I want to be a 5.
I do not like diets that are very restrictive, and I have never had any success with Atkins or Slim Fast type diets. I know the biggest thing for me is to stop drinking so many cokes and replace them with water, and to get moving!

I am almost 17 years old, im a junior in high school, and my current stats are 5'3 145 lbs. My goal is 110 (i dieted before and i actually hit 108, and it felt great when i got there). Anyway, if youre interested reply back and maybe we can talk on messenger!
