No plans for the weekend here, which is nice. I'm not even gonna worry about cleaning to much. I'm plum tuckered

things are still very unsettled here at home... son is still here... work starts unofficially for me next week, officially the week after...

am back 5x/week to gym.. weight is finally starting to move down...

Hey everyone!

I had a busy week but a good one. Today I get to clean. I am actually looking forward to whipping this place into shape.

I still can not find the icons to add to the posts......just the listing of 14 or so at the bottom of my post to add to my title.......it is the most bizarre thing.

I am up hours before my girls......want to stay in the early morning routine....get lots done and then go swimming with dd 6 later this evening. dd12 is having a sleepover with 2 of her friends. I am done all my shopping for back to school.......so now I can just relax. dd12 is excited about grade 8....seems more grown up or mature this year.....more settled.....dd 6 gets a tickle in her stomach when she thinks of grade 1 which is adorable!

I really think it is great that we can come here and be real....the good and the bad and really have the support we need in all the ups and downs of life...we have the best spot on 3fc right here!

At 4:10 this morning Jesus carried PawPaw home.

All of his children were with him, my mom, her sister and her two brothers.

I cannot believe that we just found out on Monday that he had liver cancer, but we are all blessed that he did not linger on and suffer. This week has been a blurr. He and MawMaw have passed on less then 3 weeks apart. Unbelieveable!

I have spent the morning with mom trying to let her talk and just be there for her.

I will be at the funeral home all day tomorrow, and then the funeral on Monday. If I am scarce the next 2 days, you will know why.

Please pray for the family.

Leens, yes, my back is nearly 100%... the exercises the physio gave me have helped tremendously... I do them every day I'm at the gym (which is 5x/wk).

Son, well... there is a reason for all of this.. I have no clue what it is, but I have to trust there is a good reason. The downside is, all my depression symptoms are back... waking at night, not sleeping well when I do, crying out of the blue, irritability, mood swings, and apathy... i force myself to go to the gym... more so because it gets me out of here.

Cathy, I'm sorry PawPaw is gone, but like you, I am relieved he didn't suffer long. I watched my Dad suffer with cancer for 3 months. We will be thinking of all of you.

JudoMom exercising is wonderful for depression. I hope things work out for you. Hey do you see doctor about your depression ? If not maybe he can help ???

Good Morning You Beautiful Ladies,

I love mornings, I really do. I love them cool, quiet and calm (along w/my coffee that is lol).

Yesterday DH took us out for dinner. We went to this new place called O'Tooles. Kinda like a TGIF atmosphere, bar, band type of place. Nice. OMG was the food horrible. I got a Chicken wrap that was GROSS, but you know, I'm such a fool. I ate it anyway, what a waste of calories. DH got crab cakes, he never orders expensive stuff, it was 16.95 a plate (for 2 cakes) he could only eat one b/c it was gross. Grace ate one ckn strip and we left $40.00 later EEEGADS !!!!

So much for a quiet morning HAAA !!

Oy do I feel sick today. I've had it w/this, what ever it is I have. I'm going to go to an alergist I think. But who, I hate tossing a coin b/c you don't know who to go to.

Oh well DD calls again lol.... chat later...
