My WI's are fridays, hence today! LOL... but today is only day 4 of core for me, I started right in the middle of my week. Which I felt I needed to because from last friday to mon I ate terribly. My DH is an OTR truck driver and is gone most of the time, but he was in last weekend and I find myself eating like crazy when he is home... to the point I got sick one night. Sad I know... but this new program is working so well for me!! I am down 1.5 lbs and hit my personal goal weight!! I am now 124.5 lbs! So I think I will go ahead and aim for 120. That was my original personal goal weight but it took me so long to get to 130 that I thought I'd never hit 120, but now I think it is very doable and very soon!!!! I'm so excited about it!! But I wanted to share my WI news with you all!
That is fantastic, congrats!!!! I started mid-week too, and Monday I weighed 155, today 153 (bad, but I HAD to see if it was working), so I really like CORE!
yes I am looking forward to maintenance! I'll get 28 extra pts per week and that is exciting to me! but I won't think about maintaining until I hit 120.. so 4.5 lbs to go!!
Yall want to have a weigh-in thread every week? The person that weighs in first (Monday or so) can start the thread for the week and everyone can put their stats there?
