Ellis called me last night to tell me that her Dad's pain has become unmanageable at home and they have moved him to a palliative care facility. Naturally she and her family will be spending as much time as they can with him. She will not be on her computer much for the next while.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

I'm home for the night (spent last night at the hospital), and am terribly tired. We're taking turns sleeping there. Dad has maybe a few days left... his colon punctured yesterday. I'm hoping he goes soon... he's very ready to go. He's heavily drugged now, and is reasonably comfortable. I'm just so tired and sad.
I'm so grateful for your thoughts and prayers... thank you... I'll keep you posted.
