Eleni-good to have you back, and you are so right about wanting not to do anything, but so much hard not to do nothing when you can't. Had the same problem after the c-section. Having your hobbies will help with some of the time. Sleeping is good too. Wished now I had the sleep.

Summer-how has the last few days been going? You riding bike anymore.
Me-not much going on, but I think I've reached that point. The point you have to get to, to take things and change them. I was able to turtle yesterday, but it was a struggle. But i've challenged a girl at tops to help motivate me, I do do better with a little competion going on. Not the exact correct reason to lose, but it does get me a head start. I also decided at tops last night that we need a team challenge (game). The lady in charge of the games isn't gaming it sort of speaking. So i'm coming up with a game, time frame, and rules. No clue.
I will figure it out. My goodness the ladies at my meeting are something else. We have 3 kops, one is seasonal, the other 2 cannot be on the same team. We have people that don't come every week, they can't be on the same team, you name it. People are just so negitive sometimes. Should of seen the problem we had just picking team.
I also did program again last night, guess it's ok, since i'm incharge of it. I sent a calendar around to get people to take turns for program, we had 13 there, not including me, and only 4 people signed up for it. Thanks for the help. It can be so difficult coming up with a program, But i'm thinking I've got some good ideas. Next week, i'm having the ladies bring in one item of clothing either they want to get into, or they want to be too big for them in 2 months, I want to incorporate that with the team challenge somehow. Also for the team challenge, I want to play some games for the teams to get extra points, and I think I'm going to use what I've done for programs on some of the extra points. I'm also having them bring in their favoriate snack. Not meals, snack. Bring in also the nutritional values for it. Also where it fits in their program, example would be a light hostess twinkie is 3 points on weight watchers. Probably a bread or so for the food exchange. They can bring enough to pass, or not, but they will be discussing their item next week. The the week after that, i want to do a program on emotional eating (triggers). Now if I could just pray, i can get this all in.
Brandon, Garret, and I are going shopping for nephew's birthday, school supplies, dvd, maybe a watch, some shoes, ext. today. See how long i can occupy brandon.
