Here is the recipie for the homemade brushette that would go with the chicken recipie a few posts down.



BRUSCHETTA

½ c. miracle whip
¼ c. parmesan cheese
1 t. oregano
½ t. sweet basil
½ t. pepper
2 garlic gloves, minced
2 firm tomatoes (no seeds, chopped fine)
1 ½ c. marble cheese
baguette (whole wheat)


* cut baguette into bite size pieces (1/2 "). Spread on cookie sheet.
* 350 degrees for about 5 min. to crisp. Cool.
* Spread bread with base, top with finely chopped tomatoes and marble cheese and
grill until cheese is melted.

These also can be made ahead and frozen.
