Does anyone know about HGH? I was noticed an ad somewhere on this forum that of course makes the supplement sound like I shouldn't do without it.

I was wondering if any one uses it, experiences, is it worth the money, best brands, etc.

Can you clue me in?

A total waste of money.

Was it one of the Google ads on the right? They scan for keywords in our posts and display what they consider relevant ads. Sometimes they aren't something we would recommend. Check our Buyer Beware forum for information on a lot of supplements.

And I agree with Susan, avoid HGH.
