I am glad you are safe from the storm. I was wondering. I have an uncle and cousins in florida and they are safe also. My Uncle is in Lake Mary. Did you finally finish your cupboards?

You were an angel yesterday and everyday. It made you feel good didn't it? Sounds like you are doing better. Keep up the great work. How is the knee after your ride?

As for me I am still doing well with eating and exercise. But the scale is still up. I really think I am eating so healthy I am not eating enough calories in a day. I have to write everything down and actually count the points because I am not losing the weight. All of a sudden my stomach looks so gross and huge. It swelled right up just before I got TOM and isn't back down yet. Frustrating and makes me want to lose it.

Have to get back to work. Going to PT tonight and to a meeting at my church with the new minister and counseling people. He is trying to put the church back together so I am going to do my part. I will see what happens tonight.

It could be that you aren't eating enough calories. I've gone back to logging my food into fitday and it's been really helpful in showing me where I'm at. So, maybe going back to the points for awhile would be good for you to do.

I hope your meeting goes well at church tonight. There's nothing worse than a divided church. I've been there before. I told my husband that after it, we would never be in a leadership roll again. You just know to much about everyone and it's hard to be loving sometimes.

I got some medicine for my cold and I'm starting to feel better. I tried to tough it out, but the congestion was getting to me. I've missed 2 workouts because of it. I'm going for a light walk tonight and I hope to get back to the Y tomorrow.

Susie, glad you are feeling better. I hate having colds. My sinuses act up a lot and i hate that. The weather here makes it so they are draining constantly. So i'm off and on congested with it too. Headaches come and go.

Summer: I'm glad you are doing better. Hope the bike ride didn't do to bad on your knee. I'm proud of you doing the workout. Our dvd player died, and i haven't started my workouts yet. However, I'm going to be looking at my vcr tapes. I will buying a new one. This week I hope.

Sherri-sounds like you almost got it all toghether again. Eating some protein for lunch probaby will be a good idea. Even though you aren't hungry, you know you have to eat. Ps, get on this thing sometime durning the night, so we can talk on yahoo for a bit.

me-well yesterday was a really rough day. But we got through it. Wished I handled some of the problems better, but today is a new day, and i'm tired, and wanting a nap. I ended up not going to tops yesterday. Wished I could find a Thursday or Wednesday evening meeting to go to. I like the weigh-in later in the week. We, the boys and I were able to go to Target and Meijers today. Back to buying low fat stuff, veggies, and convenience meals. We are trying a new formula for Garret. Soy based. Hoping it will take away some of the gas. So far so good, but he has only had 6 oz of it. I think though this will be a good thing. Hopeing to get me a new dvd player this week. Not sure when. But soon this week. I need to start walking bad. later

As for me, I am doing ok.... Just getting Hunter ready for school and we have parties out the wazoo... Nicholas tests for a new karate belt not this weekend but next. I got a new vehicle Monday and I am trying to get used to driving it...... lol I had a Ford Winstar van and hubby bought me a Suburban.... alot different....lol
